By accessing or using MapToSite, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Use of Service
MapToSite provides a platform to generate marketing websites based on Google Maps data. You are responsible for the URLs you provide and ensuring you have the right to use such data for marketing purposes.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MapToSite and its licensors. The generated sites are hosted on our infrastructure but contain content derived from your provided data.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MapToSite, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
5. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
